There’s a story developing over at Drudge about Iran’s president, Ahmadinejad, coming to New York City for a little visit-pooh. He wants to leave his private plane on the runway as to avoid going thru customs; or some shit like that.

Well why the fuck not? Sure, come on in and do whatever you want - the liberals love you here, you’re a rock star to them.

Go thru US customs? pish posh!

CNN News Anchor Abused By Priest

WHOA! This is never good. A priest abusing children. Never good. Ever.

I am Catholic and it does shame me to know this happened, and probably still is happening, in the Catholic church. Shameful indeed. But it doesn’t just happen in the Catholic church. It happens all over. But I digress….

This news anchor is a brave man coming forth like he has done to admit being abused by a sick, perverted man who is (or was) a Catholic priest.

The abuse is WRONG. There is no excusing whatsoever. The problem I have with this particular story has to do with the anchorman blaming his parents? Or maybe I’m just reading it wrong. Here,

I felt trapped. My parents would be horrified to know their failure at marriage put their son at risk to be sexually abused and that the man abusing me was the high school chaplain and beloved priest.

His parents divorced and sent him to a priest for counseling. So is he blaming his parents?

Anyway, it’s wrong and the priest should be in jail. Period.

Goodness gracious! Bless his heart. Now here’s someone who is in REAL need of rehab!

The article says he’s entering in rehab for “unspecified reasons”, um, yeah, can you say ‘crackpipe?’ or real alcoholism?

I know they broke up several years ago, but I feel your pain Valerie!

And for real, Eddie, God Speed and thank you for seeking treatment - good for you!! Now, do you have the humility to LISTEN AND DO what they suggest? I sure hope so.

Man, I really don’t wish any kind of addiction, of this magnitude, on anyone.

Here we go folks. Let the petty political blogging shit begin. And mark my words, just because she blogged it - all other wannabees will fall in line. Sickening. Why can’t we just stick to the issues and ask what each candidate will bring to the table; other than their stupid dirty laundry.

Listen, I wasn’t even all that upset when Clinton received head from Monica - I was only upset that he LIED about it.

Let the personal political bashing begin, and yes, Ms Malkin will be carrying the leading torch. I reckon the next President will be whoever Malkin approves.

James Cameron

Father Jonathan Morris writes what James Cameron SHOULD have said during his press conference with regards to his Jesus’ Tomb documentary.

Read the full “letter” here.

But here’s a snippet - Father Morris is writing as James Cameron in his blog entry,

If he were honest, this is what Mr. Cameron would have said to the press:

“My dearest friends in the media,

Thank you for being here. I must admit, I am pleasantly surprised so many of you have come. Our public relations company had quite the challenge to convince you our commercial projects were headline-worthy. After all, what we are peddling is pseudo-science based on old and discredited news. But we obviously hired the right company. They came through on their promise that you wouldn’t remember, or wouldn’t care, that when this tomb was discovered twenty seven years ago, the Jewish archeologist in charge of the investigation, Amos Kloner, determined it was not the tomb of Jesus and his family and that, in fact, it is unlikely Jesus and his relatives even had a family tomb. To think that not a single respected archeologist from the Holy Land region is willing to go on record that our claims are true, and still you are here with us today, is mind-boggling. How can we thank you enough?

…….

This brings me to the real point of today’s press conference. Today is my day for revenge. When I received my Oscar for best director a few years ago, I looked out into the crowd and proclaimed, “I am the king of the world”. That’s what I felt on that day and I wouldn’t have said it, if I didn’t believe it. But some of my Hollywood colleagues have looked down on me ever since. They thought I was exaggerating. As my movie credits prove, I’ve been sidelined since that day. But when I found the two-thousand year old scribblings on a tomb wall and, with the help of mathematicians, extrapolated that Jesus’ tomb was not really empty, that he may not have risen from the dead, as two billion people believe today, I realized how true my Oscar’s acceptance speech really was. It was kind of prophetic, I guess. The real king of the world — James Cameron — calls into question the King of Kings.

You go Father!
